Minimum Order
There is no minimum order requirement with internet
purchases.
Shipping Charges
ATS ships by UPS.
We can also ship using
USPS (postal)& FedEx.
For Next day and Second day air orders,
dimensional weight charges will be applied when required by the carrier.
If a package is returned to ATS that could not be delivered
due to customer error and you would like this package reshipped, you will be
assessed a $5.00 reshipment charge. If the return was due to our error,
there will be no additional charge.
How to return merchandise to ATS
- Call 828-465-9968 or e-mail the Customer
Service Department and request an RA (Return Authorization) number,
which will be valid for 30 days.
- For items purchased from ATS place the original package inside another
shipping carton, along with a copy of your invoice and a brief
explanation of why the original merchandise is being returned. Do not
mark on the original container or use as a shipping carton.
- Print the RA number legibly on the outside of the outer shipping
carton in bold, visible letters.

- Freight collect or COD returns cannot be
accepted.
- Shipments received by ATS without an RA number and copy of the
invoice may be returned to you COD for freight charges incurred or held
for processing until it has been determined that the return was made for
justifiable reasons.
- A 15% restocking charge may be imposed on parts returned due to
customer error.
- All orders must be returned with all accessories enclosed in the
original packaging.
- To receive a credit or refund, orders must be returned within 30 days.
Incorrect orders must be reported within 10 days.
- A 90-day warranty is available for product repair or
replacements unless otherwise stated. If you are returning merchandise
to the carry in area, you will be required to present your invoice. We
are unable to give cash refunds, but you will be issued a check through
the mail in 7~10 days.
- When returning merchandise, please place the original package inside
of a shipping carton. Do not use the original container as a shipping
carton.
Sales Tax
Customers in North Carolina must add applicable sales tax of
7.0%.
ATS is required to collect sales tax in this state only.

Prices do not include sales tax.
Due to changing market conditions and possible errors, pricing on this
website may be inaccurate. ATS is not obligated to honor inaccurate

International Sales and Service
Export Terms of Sale
Export pricing is FOB origin. Shipments are on the basis of DDU
(Delivered Duty Unpaid-Foreign Port of Destination). ATS will prepay
the insurance and freight costs to bring the goods to the named Port of
Destination and the final invoice will include such charges. Export orders
requiring special handling, packaging and documentation are subject to
additional charges.
Payment Terms
Export orders are accepted on the basis of payment in advance
of shipment in US funds by check, wire transfer, international money order,
credit card, or PAYPAL. NOTE:
International shipments will be sent via UPS or USPS unless otherwise
specified by the customer.
Carry-in Repair or Order Pick-Up
RA request or Orders should be called in to our Office
12 hours prior to your arrival at the Office. For same day pick up, please
call before 4:00 p.m. Please inform our Representative of your form of
payment.
Payment
The ATS Representative will need your credit card
information when you request an RA number or place your order.
You must present your credit card and a valid driver's license at the time
of Pick-Up.
Check
Identification is necessary. Charges over $150.00 will
require cashier's check or money order.

Warranty and Disclaimer
Repair Warranty
Each Repair carries a 90-Day Warranty.
What is covered
This warranty covers Labor, Parts and Ground shipping back to the
Original Address.
(Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to ATS Electronics,
Inc. for Warranty Repair) This warranty is
Non-Transferable
What is not covered
Surge or Lightning damage , Liquid Damage or Physical Damage that
occurred
during the Warranty period. (Shipping Damage will be covered by the Carrier)
Merchandise
Since the vendor and ATS do not control the use of its products,
there are no express warranties which extend beyond the description on the
face hereof.
SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS
FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Since Seller cannot control the manner of use of products after their
sale, Seller will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect
damages. Concerning products for which Seller is acting solely as only a
supplier of products manufactured by other companies, Seller expressly
limits its liabilities to any guaranties extended by the manufacturer, which
guaranties Seller will pass through to the customer. No warranties will
apply if the products are in any way altered or modified after delivery by
Seller.
